Most of us have a busy day which normally starts early in the morning.

I am a mum of two and I wake up early to make sure that lunches are packed and breakfast are served. Once the kids are dropped at school I head back home to have quite time for half an hour. I read my bible and do some meditation afterwards, this routine is so important to me because if I skip I really feel lost the rest of the day, with no direction.

Sometimes I try do do some extra exercise as well, apart from the usual elliptical training, that also gives me an extra positive boost for the day.

Through all of this I need to stay positive.

All you really need is a good start to your day to have a fantastic day.
